From first chat to close, we aim for a 90-day journey that's straightforward, transparent, and respectful of your time. No surprises.

If we both see potential, we'll dive a bit deeper. We'll ask for some high-level financial data and learn more about your team, product, and customers.

Based on what we've learned, we'll provide a straightforward, non-binding offer. This includes valuation and the key terms of our proposed partnership, so you know exactly where we stand.

This is the formal part. We conduct our final diligence in a way that’s as undisruptive as possible, aiming to complete diligence in a couple of weeks. We work collaboratively with you and your advisors to move efficiently towards a final agreement.

Once everything is signed, we celebrate the closing. Then, our real work together begins: rolling up our sleeves and helping you build the next chapter of your company's story.
